梅田の東通り商店街から中通り商店街へ。
相変わらずキャッチの多いこと。
このキャッチが嫌でこの通りはあまり歩かない。
堂山の方へ行くと雑居ビルの1階にこちらの店はあります。
年季の入った店内、モヒカン頭の店主健在です。
昔から通りでよく見かけるモヒカン頭のオヤジさんはここの店主だったのか。
カウンターに座り、ハイボール500円を注文。
キッチンには若い女性と男性スタッフ。
店主とひたすらしゃべってる。
フランクな雰囲気ではあるが、フレンドリーな話しかける感じではない。
付き出しが出て白肝造りを頂く。
胡麻油ぶっかけスタイル。
白肝かというと、そこまでではないが味はまずまずで鮮度も良し。
それにしてもポーションが凄いな。
焼鳥は2本1皿なので盛り合わせをお願いする。
タレは濃いくて深みが凄いあるのだが、わたくしには塩度も少々高め。
チャンじゃと大根おろしを頂いてフィニッシュ。
