いい感じのお店でチョイスしました。
肉、ジビエ系が得意そうです。
最初に生野菜バーニャカウダ風のが出てきて野菜好きには嬉しい
まず前菜肉3種稚鮎のアスカベージュ
まずまず美味しかった
ちょっと変わったソーセージのまずます
パスタは確かトマトソース系で固めのアルデンテまずます（写真忘れた・・）
メイン、但馬牛？のグリルバルサミコソースもまぁまぁ
オーナ－シェフ一人で調理、サーブしておられるので
少々お時間掛かります。
特にこの日満席でしたので忙しく大変みたいでした。
