夕方、ふと軽く一杯やりたいけれどそばも、居酒屋も飽きて何にしようかと考えながら歩いていて目に留まったＭＵＧＨＡＬさんで、ここ行ったことないな？と同僚と入店。
お店のふれこみ通り、見たところは普通にカフェで独特のインド料理系の匂いや重い空気は感じられません。
お店のアピールを掲載すると「本場の雰囲気を重視するインド料理関係のレストランイメージを完全に覆す、明るく、開放的で、カジュアルな空間を提供します。
また、スペインバルの良さを取り入れておいしいものを少しづつ食べる小皿スタイルで提供する今までにない新感覚のレストランです。」となっていてその通りの雰囲気で、出てくる料理がインド系のものという感じです。
早速、生ビールでのどを潤し料理を注文。
注文はまずモモ、名前を忘れたが野菜の揚げ物を注文。味の特徴はインド系独特の押しの強さを消したカフェ感覚の軽い味付けで、これなら初めての人も十分普通に食べられます。
面白いのはモモの味、なんとカレー味！私もモモは何度か食べていますが普通に餃子だったのでカレー味は新鮮です。もちろん軽い味付けです。
野菜の揚げ物はこんな安い料理にも関わらず、ソースがキウィ、岩塩、カレーチリと３種類のソースが付いてきてびっくり。良心的なお店なんですね。
チキンチリもカレー味でなく普通のチリ味がするくらい、エビチョーミンも和風の焼きスパゲッティのようでとても食べやすいものでした。
この味なら人数を連れて行っても味に抵抗感がないのでこれからも通いそうなお店です。
