Ah-chan soup is made by simmering beef bones, tail meat, tendons, chicken carcasses, and lots of vegetables for over 12 hours, so it contains a lot of collagen, calcium, vitamins B1 and B2, and other ingredients that have dissolved from the ingredients. It is recommended in all seasons, as a stamina food in summer and a soup that warms the body from the inside out in winter. Gyoza / Dumpling skins are chewy and were developed in collaboration with a noodle factory. No garlic is added, so there is no unpleasant odor.
