やはり固形の具材は店内の方が良い状態でデリシャスマイルー！
サロ(ウクライナ)をウォッカ(ロシア)のつまみに、モスクワ(ロール)を追悼。
久しぶりのモスクワロール、寿司だと思わなければ悪くない。
今回のウォッカは少し変わったやつでレモンフレーバー入りと赤唐辛子入り。
デリシャスパイシー。

放送後に見つけたときは在庫無しだったが、再入荷通知を登録していたら木曜日に通知が来て金曜日の朝に注文。
土曜日に出荷されて日曜日に配達予定だったが、自宅受け取りで最大2時間待ちは面倒なので、新大阪のクロネコヤマト受け取りにして月曜日に。
鯛は少し硬めだったが、コクが良くデリシャスマイル〜！
阪神百貨店で調達したパンとローストビーフを付け合わせに。

残念なリニューアル
11:30-13:00メニュー
夜に来ていた客の視点からするとメニュー削減、営業時間短縮で残念すぎる。
メニュー構成的には食材、仕込み、食器の共通化という店側都合を邪推してしまい、事前に告知されていたリニューアル理由にも白けてしまう。
美味いけれども残念。
せめてピロシキ、黒パンぐらいは常備してほしい。
厨房設備入れ替えたみたいなのでこの特化した客置いてきぼりの効率、短時間営業が見直されることはなさそう。
もうここでキエフカツレツとかを食べられる日は来ないんだろうな。
