梅田駅より徒歩8〜10分の場所にあるフレンチ料理店 RAYON。
ウェディングの式場に併設されている雰囲気の良いフレンチ料理店、アルモニーアンブラッセ10階に店舗を構えています。
清潔感のある美しい店内の雰囲気や、真横に見える明るいテラス席も素晴らしく、天気のいい日だとより一層気持ちよく食事を堪能できますね。
今回いただいたのは、ランチのコースメニュー。カンパチを使用した前菜は、えんどう豆などの豆類をたっぷり使用しており、春らしい爽やかな一皿。チーズたっぷりでクリーミーな、アサリを使用したトリュフチャウダーは濃厚な乳製品ならではの味わいと、貝出汁やトリュフの香りが堪りません。
野菜ソムリエが目の前でカットしてくれる、栄養価抜群のフレッシュ野菜、柔らかく火入れした脂たっぷりの豚スペアリブに、甘味のあるガストリックソース、パリパリに焼き上げたカダイフを組み合わせたメインの一皿、真鯛の風味と旨味を春巻きのような薄い生地に閉じ込めて、相性の良いトマトソースで味付けした絶品海鮮料理など、どの料理もクオリティが高くボリュームも程よいコースメニューでした！
デザートのベリーをふんだんに使用したプレートも、爽やかな酸味と甘味が調和して美味だったので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
