大丸梅田店１４階にあるお店です。１年ぶりの訪問です。今回もお一人様ランチ。ランチメニューより注文したのは、ラクサヌードルセット：１４００円（税込み）です。約１０分程での着丼です。日当たりの良い明るい店内で、程よい辛さ加減のとっても濃厚なスープで美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまです。

１４階のエキウエダイニング。約１年ぶりです。平日昼間にお一人様ランチで訪問しました。スタッフに案内されたテーブル席でランチメニューより注文したのは、ココナッツシュリンプカレーセット：１５００円（税込み）です。約１０分ほどでの着丼です。濃厚でとっても美味しくいただきました。ボリュームも申し分ありません。ごちそうさまです。また再訪します。

JR大阪駅直結の大丸梅田店１４階の景色の良いエキウエダイニングにあるお店です。今回もやっぱりチリクラブが食べたくて訪問しました。約２年ぶりの訪問になります。揚げパンをチリソースに絡めて食べるのが最高に旨い！！どの料理もとっても美味しくいただきました。また再訪したいと思います。ごちそうさまです。

今回は３名での食事会に選択したのは、コチラの大丸梅田の１４階の景色の良いエキウエダイニング美食区にあるお店です。今回はチリクラブが食べたくて訪問しました。マットクラブのチリクラブを含め、チリコンカン、フライドガーリック、海南チキン、シュリンプココナッツカレーなどをいただきました。そんなに独特のクセも無く、どの料理も美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまです。

ココナッツシュリンプカリー旨い！！ | 古木ベガスのブログ
大丸梅田店１４階にあるコチラのお店へ平日昼間にお一人様ランチで訪問です。少々遅めのランチだったから（コロナウィルス影響）？景色の良い店内はガラガラでした。シンガポールに人気＆有名店が集結して営業されているお店とのことで期待は大です。SingaporeLunchメニューより選択したのは、海南チキンライス＆ココナッツシュリンプカリーセット：１８００円（税込み）です。約１０分弱での着丼です。ＰＳ：名物マッドクラブ使用のチリクラブを食したい際は事前予約をお勧めしてます（調理に２０分程要する様です）。
サラダ、スープ、小鉢などが付いてこの価格設定はかなりお得感ありです。そして、海南チキンは、程よいしっとり加減でとても美味しかったです。３種類のつけダレで楽しむことができるのも好印象です。
個人的にはメインだと思っているココナッツシュリンプカリーに関しては、Ｇｏｏｄ！！これはお薦めです。辛さ控えめで、しっかりシュリンプも４個程入っていました！！もちろん、タイ米白ライスとの相性も抜群でした。とても美味しかったです。ごちそうさまです。
