大丸梅田店14階のシンガポール政府公認レストラン
シンガポールの本格的な味が楽しめるとの触れ込み
名物料理のカオマンガイとラクサのセットでランチ
昔ながらの百貨店のレストランを彷彿させる広さと
高級感溢れる店内 流石にランチと言えども単価は高く
1,500~2,000円弱がランチの平均相場 雰囲気は勿論
味わいがどんなものなのかが気になるところですよね
○海南チキンライス&ラクサヌードルセット(1,800円)
混雑してるとは思えぬが提供されるまで20分以上…
ランチタイムで許容出来る時間以上に待たされる
ランチでカオマンガイは人気メニューだと思うが
待ち過ぎて少しテンションが下がったところに到着
1,800円という単価を考えると メインに華が無いが
鶏の食感は引き締まり普段口にするカオマンガイとは
一線を画すと思うが 火入れ具合は可もなく不可もなく
水分量がもう少しあっても良いかなーって程度
だが添えられた3種類の薬味がチキンの味を引き立て
価値があると感じる部分もある海南チキンライス
ラクサはココナッツの濃さが絶妙で海老の旨みと合う
数種類のハーブの使い方がシンガポール料理らしさを
感じ 海南チキンライスよりも手が込んだ味わい
こういうアジア料理は好みが分かれるがこの料理なら
万人受けするであろうと思われる百貨店レストラン
値は張るが 許せる範囲のランチでしたよ(^ω^*)
