デパ地下のつるとんたんは、200色あるらしい１つの白で統一されていました。
梅田の拠点で地元民のふりしてお仕事。少しフライング気味でエレベータに乗ってランチスペースを探します。
おそらく初めて入った大丸の中、イートインスペース的な場所を見つけましたが、その看板には「つるとんたん」の文字が。
５年前に新宿歌舞伎町のお店に入ったことはありますが、地下の暗めでムーディーな印象のあったつるとんたんとは真逆の真逆。壁も天井もカウンターも椅子も白。何なら大きい器も白。デパ地下の清潔感ある雰囲気に馴染む為なのかもしれませんが、そのギャップに驚きました…
先客の方は女性が殆どですが、奥の席にはワイシャツを来た男性もいらっしゃいます。腹が出た余所者１名もそこに収まります。
縦長のメニューを除くと、このお店限定や、季節限定の品もありますし、以前いただいた明太クリームのような定番のおうどんもあります。
今回は、前の日に食べようと思って食べられなかった鶏卵、あんかけ系のうどんを選択。餡かけ玉子とじ黒七味風味のおうどん（税込\1,180）にします。
鍋物のようなお玉の大きさに毎度驚きながら待つと、前からそれ以上に大きい器が。白い器に黄色の鶏卵、青三つ葉、黒七味が映えます。
写真は撮り忘れてしまいましたが、麺は稲庭や氷見のような細さ。コシや弾力よりも、喉越し優先みたいです。
それに絡む、少しとろみのあるつゆ。出汁の旨味と卵のまろやかさがマッチしています。三つ葉や黒七味もいいアクセントになっています。見た目からも少し想像できましたが、優しい味付けで、飽きることなくいただけました。
白すぎてビックリしたつるとんたん。驚きを裏切るような優しい味わいのうどんでした。ごちそうさまでした。
