東京在住には足を運ぶことも多かった六本木の「つるとんたん（六本木）」。
初めて口にした時は本当に衝撃的でした。
大きな器に、和洋折衷のラインナップ。
とりわけ、六本木のお店は、広々空間で快適。
深夜によくいただいておりました。
今、レビューを見返してみると、「2008年1月」にて投稿がありました(笑)
関西に異動して以来、北新地や、ここ大丸梅田店で見かけてはいましたが、なかなかお邪魔する機会がなく、今回、ふと思い立ってお邪魔してみました。

百貨店の地下２階という場所にもかかわらず、圧迫感は一切なく、白で統一されたテーブルとカウンターも席間隔ゆったりめで落ち着けます！
また、厨房、サービスいずれも、ほぼ女性スタッフ中心。
とりわけ、サービススタッフの言葉使いのキレイなこと♪きれいなこと♪
「～よろしゅうございますか？」
「お時間おとりしてしまい大変申し訳ございませんでした。」
「大変ありがとうございました。」
なんて気持ちいい！！！
少しだけマイナスな点といえば、カウンターの椅子が固定されていて、ちょっと食べづらいということかな。
さて、この日いただいたのは、「夏野菜トマト麻婆おうどん 1380円」。
炭水化物ど真ん中ということもあり、「少し量少なめにできますか？」とお尋ねしたところ、半玉／0.8玉が可能ということでしたので、0.8玉にてお願いしました。
なお、お値段は変わらず、です。
しばらくすると、「つるとんたん」らしく大きな器でご提供されました。
ゴーヤ、茄子、トマトに とろろ も添えてあります。
食べ進めていくと、、、アボカドも♪
心地よい酸味と辛味のスープが、思った以上にすっきりとしていて、脂っこさがほとんどありません。
とはいえ、しっかりと挽肉（鶏にしては濃厚、豚にしてはすっきり、、、どっちだったんだろう？）が肉肉しさも楽しめます。
稲庭うどんのような細麺は、つるとんした食感で食べやすいし、何よりスープや具と一体感が味わえます。
夏を感じて素材そのものの味をしっかり楽しめる夏野菜。
のネバネバ感がさらに一体感をだしてくれる とろろ。
パクチーもとてもいい清涼感を演出してくれていました。
全体に熱すぎない温度での提供も、ぐんぐん と食べ進めていけて感じも◎
ちなみに、動かしやすい割りばし、シルバーのレンゲと、カトラリーも非常に使い勝手がよかったです♪
見た目の美しさ（≒映え感）、美味しさ、サービス、空間といずれも満足感が大きいです。
そして一等地にあれども1,000円強でいただけるという価格帯。
1000円超えではありますが、阪急三番街やホワイティうめだ あたりでも1000円前後は一般的だと思いますし、大阪駅前ビル群でも800～1000円ぐらいします。
さらには、どこも狭い空間に、せせこましいサービスで落ち着いて過ごせないというお店ばかり。
この日は、平日の夕方という時間帯もありほぼほぼ満席ではありましたが、それでもゆったりとした雰囲気が流れていて、ほっと一息つきながら楽しめました。
本当に、、、改めて思いました、やっぱりすごいです、つるとんたん♡
これからは頻度よくお邪魔したいと思います！
