今回はずっと気になっていたピザ屋に訪問。
系列店が何店舗かあって、イタリアンとして
構えてる本店が北浜にあるとのこと。
まずサラダからいただきましたが、
今までに食べたことないサラダだったので
とても新鮮でしたしソースに苦味があって
ヘルシーなサラダでした。
今回のピザ2種類は、今の時期おすすめのピザで
生地は硬めで耳も細めでした。
チーズは伸びる濃厚なチーズが好きなので
そこはちょっと物足りなかったかも。
でも特に一品目のピザに関しては、
カブやサルシッチャやシュークルートといった
オリジナリティ溢れるピザだったのでよかったです。
ルクアイーレの10階にあるので
景色もとてもいいですしデートにはおすすめ。
バニラジェラートもとても上質感があって
終始食を堪能できてよかったです。
敷居は少し高いけど本店にも行ってみたい＾＾
