平日20時30分に来店。
店内は7割程埋まってます。
あまり時間もなかった為、トマトのカプレーゼと
カツレツ、ピザを一枚注文しあとはビール3杯とワインを頂きました。
トマトは口に入れた瞬間から甘く、驚きます。仕入れがしっかりとされているという印象。
カツレツは小ぶりなサイズが二枚でサーブされます。写真では大きな一枚のイメージだったので
見た目に少し？と感じます。若干固く揚げすぎか
パサついてます。
ピザは絶品です。生地がモチモチで何枚でも食べれそうな軽さもあります。
次は今回食べれなかったスパゲティにも挑戦したいと思います。
