大阪でうどんすきを食べたかったらココ！
うどんすきが食べたくなったので訪問。
5年ぶりでした！
＊うどんすき（2人前）
＊太巻そば寿司
＊ゆばのお造り
＊活き海老（うどんすきに含まれる）
＊お餅（うどんすきに含まれる）
味はもちろん美味しいのですが
彩も綺麗で目でも楽しめるお食事です。
うどんすきの具材は
蛤、椎茸、がんも、カボチャ、人参、鰻、湯葉
鶏肉、三つ葉、里芋、ほうれん草を白菜で巻いたもの、
生麩、そしておうどん。
うどんすきセットと別で
そばの巻物とゆばのお造りを注文しました。
ゆばのお造りはゆばのいい香りに食感も良い。
そばの太巻きはお寿司ほど重くなく
あっさりしているけど結構ボリュームあります。
これめっちゃ美味しかったです。
うどんすきは鰹と昆布のお出汁で本当に美味しいです。
蛤もいいお出汁が出ていて美味しかったです。
おうどんは煮込みうどんなのでしっかり煮込んで大丈夫でした。
食材自体も美味しいのですが
とにかく私はここのお出汁が大好きです。
日本の出汁文化に感謝。
また伺いたいです。
ルクア内に入っているので
雨の日もJR大阪駅から直結で濡れずに済むのも嬉しいですね。

It was my first time using it for lunch. I couldn't decide between the options as they all looked delicious, but I was drawn to the limited time offer, so I decided on the set of wild vegetable Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) and wakatake soba! I also ordered the futomaki soba Sushi which I love at Mimi Usa. The thick soba Sushi was consistent and delicious. I really love this menu here. The scent of seaweed is also good! ! ! ! And since it's not rice, you can eat it easily! Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) was quite oily, and the rice absorbed a lot of oil, making it quite difficult to finish it all. The soba soup had a bonito soup and was really delicious. When I added the shichimi that was provided at the table, the sansho pepper was quite effective, which gave it a different flavor and was delicious. I was a little disappointed in Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) as I honestly had high expectations.
