２０１３．８月【再訪数回】
４月に初訪問してから、美味しい焼き鳥を食べたい時はこちらに伺っている。
大将とよく会話を交わすようになった為か、贔屓目に見てる所もあるかもしれません。
しかし、美味しいから贔屓してる訳でもあります。
ブランドの素材力で勝負してる焼き鳥屋が多い中、
ホントに基本に忠実で、最大限に美味しさを引き出してるお店です。
褒めすぎでも何でもなく、同業の方々が認めるクオリティーです。
他のサイドメニューもいろいろ食べたいんやけど、ついつい焼き鳥で腹膨らんでしまい、
未だに食べてないメニューがたくさんあります。
まあ、ぼちぼち行きます。

２０１３．４月【初訪問】
兎我野町の端の方、神山の交差点近くにあります。
なかなか行く機会が無い場所だが、ポツポツとお店はあるんよねえ。
間口が狭いんで入りにくさはあるかもしれません。
カウンター席が数席あるが、ほぼテーブル席の稼働のようです。
大将と若い女性の２人で切り盛りしてます。
帰り際に聞くと御夫婦らしい。
刺身盛り合わせ９８０円とたたききゅうり２８０円でまず最初のアテにする。
朝挽きの鶏を丁寧に扱ってます。うん、美味しい。
焼き鳥は盛り合わせ１６００円を頼んだ。
これもまた丁寧な串打ちと、ムラの無い焼き加減。そしていい炭使ってます。
たまにオガ炭を使ってるお店で「この炭臭いのが好きなんよねえ」とか言ってるうちの部下なんかがいるが、
備長炭で焼きあげる方が美味しいに決まってる。
今度、ここにそいつを連れてこようと思ってる。
追加でフォアグラ串５８０円注文。
詰めたバルサミコを上からかけております。美味しいけどワインが欲しくなるなあ。
ずっと中々のロックで来てたんでやめといた。
そういやあロックのおかわりするたびにかち割りの氷を新しいのに入れ替えてた。
これはうれしいね。
ビールはハートランドの生３８０円。
最近ホント増えてきましたねえ。
わたくしもパブやバル系なら好んで頂くが、焼き鳥屋ではおっさんはつらいかも。
まあ瓶でラガー４８０円があったんで問題はないやろうけどね。
店内にTVも設置されてて、１人でも間持ちできます。
サイドメニューも豊富にあり、居酒屋使い的にもいいねえ。
