神山交差点近くのライフから横断歩道を渡った所にある「鶏匠 暁」さん。
夜はたくさんいい口コミがあるのでずっと気になってました。
時短だからかランチもやってます！
「ふわとろ親子丼」880円税込を注文。
お味噌汁、サラダ、小鉢つき。
12時前だったので、一番乗り。
5分ほど待って着盆。
丼の蓋を開けると「ふわぁ」と出汁とたまごのいい香り！そしてこのオレンジ！
んん？メニューよく見ると「蘭王」と書いてある。
嬉しい誤算。黄色じゃなく赤に近いオレンジだもん。
木製の大きなスプーンでいただくと、絶妙な半熟加減のたまごと、粒のたったご飯がベストバランス！
旨い～(^-^)
そして、炭火焼きの香ばしい鶏肉。
これもまた絶品。さすが鶏専門店。
焼鳥もさぞかし美味しいんだろうな。
どんぶりは大きめの浅めで、汁だくになってます。
スプーンで最後まで綺麗ににすくえます。
サラダの上の茶色いのはオニオン？と思ったら、ベーコンをフライしたものだった。
多分塩とオイルのドレッシングと、よくあってめっちゃ美味しいです。
それと、小鉢のポテサラが少量だけど、荒く潰してて黒胡椒がいい。ここにもベーコン入ってた。
サイドメニューがちゃんと美味しいなんて幸せ♪
その間に、バタバタと数組入ってきた。
テーブルは5台、カウンターはお昼は使わないのかな。
一人で女性が切り盛りされていて、時間がかかってました。
12時前か、13時以降がおすすめ。
曜日でランチが少しかわるみたい。
火曜水曜のヘルシーカツはすごく大きかった。
これは男性に人気ですね。
木曜金曜はからあげ定食。
親子丼はいつもやってる定番。
時短が解除されたらランチはやめてしまうのかなぁ？
現在、日曜と月曜はお休みっぽいです。
