東梅田エリアに、美味しい親子丼が食べれるお店があるとの噂でBMしていたこちら！
念願の突撃でございます♡
店内は白いダンボールで仕切りがしてあり、一人スペースは狭くて小学生の頃に作った秘密基地でご飯を食べる感覚ですね笑笑。
『ふあとろ親子丼』いただきましたぁ〜！
オーダー後5分くらいで着盆。
☆味噌汁･･･熱々なのは良いのですが、小さな豆腐が少し入っただけなので具材がさみしいですね。
☆サラダ･･･フライドベーコンのクリスピータイプのカリカリ食感がアクセントのサラダで、ドレッシングとも合いますね。
☆小鉢･･･大根とトマト、蒸し鶏が入ってましたが
味付けがやや濃いかな。
☆ふあとろ親子丼･･･紀州備長炭の炭火で焼き上げた朝引きの伊勢赤どりを使用した旨味に自信がある、拘りの親子丼！との事。
蓋をあけるとトロッとした白身と美しい蘭王のオレンジ配色にテンションあがります♡
カリッとジュ〜シ〜なもも肉を期待していましたが、炭火香る感じが北浜エリアの「北浜 鳥匠 Ren」さんを思い出す感じでしたが、カリッとする程焼き上げた香ばしさは無く、柔らかさのみ感じれるもも肉でした。
蘭王の濃厚な味わいは感じられ、甘めの汁が癖になる、絶妙なふあとろ加減で美味しい親子丼は飲める？！を超久しぶりに体験できました＼＼\\٩( 'ω' )و //／／
北新地エリアの本物ランチを食べる様になり、舌のレベルを取り戻したかも笑？！
