梅田で忘年会♪
泉の広場をでて扇町通り沿いに歩いていくと下に降りていく階段が
階段には魚が(笑
降りて行ったらあるのは旬彩ダイニング一歩
魚料理と地酒が美味しいお店と聞いていましたがお店の外観は意外とポップですね。
店内も暖色中心で温かい感じです。

この日はお任せ料理と飲み放題のコースです。
最初登場したのは前菜3種盛り
あん肝ポン酢
完熟トマトのお浸し
コリコリさめ軟骨梅和え
あん肝ポン酢はわての大好物、出てくるだけで嬉しいです。
完熟トマトのお浸しは出汁がサッパリしつつもしっかり味があって美味すぎる!!
コリコリさめ軟骨梅和えは梅のさっぱり感にサメの軟骨の食感が最高に合います。
これは完全に日本酒のアテやん!!
純米酒とかがめっちゃ合いそう。
続いてはお刺身5種盛り合わせ
寒ブリトロ、サーモン
鯛いくら、よこわ、生だこ
新鮮プリップリ♪
生だこはやっぱり美味しいわ～
モッツァレラと茄子の揚げ出しも出汁が浸みてて美味～
寒ブリのかま煮付け
大ぶりのかまが2枚も乗っています
これは感動レベルの美味しさ。
フワッフワの寒ブリをこんなに見事に煮付けにされてはもう美味いという言葉しか出てきません。
熊本産馬刺し4種盛り合わせ
赤身、タテガミ、霜降り、
そしてこの日はタンを入れていただけました
甘めの特製のたれとの相性ばっちり!!
熱燗が進みます。
ふぐの竜田揚げ
サクッとふわっとこれぞふぐですねぇ～
プリプリ海老のチリマヨソースはホンマプリプリ
サクッと来た後のプリプリ感がたまりません。
最後には炙り鯖棒寿司
この肉厚が最高ですね
全部食べて思ったのはとにかく出汁がしっかりしています。
こういうお店は間違いないですよね。
そしてどれもが日本酒に合うこと間違いなしの料理。
今回は飲み放題やったんで地酒は飲めませんでしたが
今度は地酒と一緒に料理を味わいたいと思わせるお店でした。
大満足でごちそうさまでしたぁ～♪
