この日は梅田で忘年会
俺の行きつけで一番好きな創作居酒屋やねんとグルメブログや食べログはやってないけどワタシなんかよりグルメな友人のお墨付きなら安心ね^ ^
お店は地下にあるんやけど階段降りるときに而今やったかな？
なんかエエ感じの日本酒の一升瓶が置いてあったから期待は膨らんだ（＾ω＾）
いただいたのはお任せ料理に飲み放題付きを付けたコース
しかし飲み放題には地酒は含まれてなかった、、、
まぁ普通はそやろな

トマトのお浸し
梅水晶
あっさりとまったりとさっぱりの共演や^ ^
ちゃんと一つ一つ味のメリハリがあって食感も大きく異なる
盛り付けも高さがあって１皿目の喜びを享受できた！
この後の料理への期待もふくらむふくらむ（＾ω＾）

大好きな生ダコあった❤
生のタコの食感ほんま好き！！！
貧乏人てバレるけど水ダコの生とかサイコーすぎる！笑
あと特筆すべきは寒ブリ！
脂のノリが異常なぐらいやった！！！
めちゃくちゃおいしい(^O^)
けど大トロみたいに美味しいけど胸焼けと共存する感じじゃないから5切れ全部食べたいて思ったよ☆
☆モッツァレラと茄子の揚げ出し☆
こーゆー創作料理が嬉しい
創作料理って普段食べられへん料理であったり
その店の料理長の発想を見ることができて面白いねんなぁ^ ^
しかし出汁がおいしい（＾ω＾）

これまた驚いた！
めちゃくちゃ身がふわふわやねん！
ついなんでこんなに柔らかいのか聞いてしまった！
ほんなら注文通ってから作ってるからですよとのこと

こんな飲み放題付きのコース料理やのにその拘りには2度ビックリ！！！
そして出汁がおいしい（＾ω＾）

たてがみ 赤身 タン 霜降り
もちろん九州の甘い醤油でいただいた^_^
馬肉大好きやから美味しいのは分かってるし美味しかった（＾ω＾）
けど嬉しかったのがタンかな☆
馬肉のタンなんて初めて食べた！
個人的にはたてがみと霜降りを一緒に食べるのが贅沢やけど抜群やなと思った
けどタンを食べられたってことが一番嬉しかったのよ笑
☆フグの竜田揚げ☆
サクッと揚がってるけど身はふっくらで心地よい弾力
熱燗と相性バッチグー
☆エビのチリマヨソース☆
バナメイエビやブラックタイガーみたいな小海老やなくて大きな有頭海老のチリマヨやから驚いた！！
お皿が出てきたときのインパクトは大きいよ(^O^)
☆サバの棒寿司☆
表面は炙られてて身は肉厚！
シャリはもっちりしててホンマにめちゃくちゃ美味しいサバの棒寿司やった！！！
去年の1月か2月に東心斎橋の日本酒あoいで食べたサバの棒寿司も感動したけど同じぐらいの感動があった！！
これにて終了！
ご夫婦でされてるお店で旦那さんは一見強面やけど話すと全然怖くないし料理のことも丁寧に説明くださった^ ^
奥様の接客は優しくて柔らかくて終始気持ちよく食事できた^ ^
おなかもいっぱいなったし大満足で帰ったよ☆
