リーズナブルではないし、炭火焼きの煙と匂いも付くし、カウンターテーブルは低すぎて足は入らないし、特別美味しい訳でも無い、おしゃれな店とは言えないのに、ほぼ毎日満席になる人気店です。
客層は20代から30代前半ばかり。何故人気なんだろうと考えた結果、時間制限が無い事かなぁとの結論に。
叩き胡瓜、鱈白子を先ずは注文。あらかじめ作って冷蔵庫に入れていた為か超速で出て来たのは良いけど冷たいの何の。
続いて籠焼鳥、大ぶり胸鶏肉だから柔らかい、けど通常はモモ身焼鳥を想像するので物足りない噛みごこち。
牡蠣の土手焼き、甘い味噌だけどこれは美味しい。釜で出て来ました。
ラストは海鮮五目釜飯と味噌汁。何と海鮮のかの字も入っていない鶏釜飯が出て来ました。
文句を言って作り変えてもらう事は可能ですが、、、、とにかく煙と匂いが凄くて、、、早く出たいの気持ちが強く、そうすることに。
味はいいのだけど、まだ目の前に籠焼鳥残ってるいるし、ご飯蒸らし方弱くてイマイチ。味噌汁はさつま芋サイコロ切りも入っていて美味しい味でした。
大きなフードの換気扇、上のほうから煙漏れてて、コレ修理しないと、ますます寒くなるのに入口扉を度々開けて解決した気になるのは勘弁してください。
