朝便利な大阪駅構内の蕎麦屋さん
大阪駅構内の『麺亭 しおつる』へ。
たぬきそば 380円
生卵 70円
を頼んだのだが、来たのは、
きつねそば 380円
卵かけご飯 100円 の気がする
（写真の天かすは自分で入れた）
レシート見ると
たぬきそば 380円
卵かけご飯 100円
なので金銭の損得はなし
まぁ、不問。
マスク越しだと聞き取り難いしね。
さて、お味は蕎麦の麺が柔いなぁ。
この値段なら仕方なし？
追記 : 一般に関東では油揚げがのったそば・うどんを「きつね」、天かすがのったそば・うどん「たぬき」と呼ぶ。
一方、関西では、「たぬき」といえば大きな油揚げののった〝そば〟のこと。「きつね」とは細かく刻んだ油揚げを〝うどん〟にのせたものを指すそうです。
知らなかった（汗）

大阪駅構内の『麺亭 しおつる』へ二回目。入る店を間違えた（汗）
間違えたのではなく、14時から居酒屋になる二毛作のお店だったのね。
菊菜天そば 800円
菊菜天がこんなに美味しいとは思わんかった。メニュー選びは正解だった。ただ、肝心のそばが柔らかくてコシはなしで残念。
