エキマルシェ大阪にある、よく行列のできている牛タンのお店。平日の18時頃訪問しました。
お店の前に行くと、ひとりしか待っている方がいなかったので、そのあとに並びました。するとすぐに何組か並び始め、もう少し遅かったら待ち時間が大分増えていたと思うので、運がよかったです。
すぐに店に入ることができ、カウンターに案内されました。目の前で牛タンを焼いています。透明の仕切りがあるとはいえ、熱気がこちらにまで来て暑く、あまりカウンター席はおすすめできません。
定食のマル得利久セット(サラダ、テールスープ、牛タン、タンシチュー(何種類かから選べます))を頼みました。
とろろが少しお安い日だと言うことでついでに注文しました。
料理が運ばれてきました。牛タンの横には漬け物が盛られています。牛タンと合いそうです。
メインの牛タンですが、固くて、噛みきれない部分は残してしまいました。
タンシチューの牛タンはとてもやわらかかったです。
普通の牛タンではなく極の牛タンだったら柔らかかったのか、それとも焼き加減によるのか…。それはわかりませんが、次回来店の際には極み牛タンを注文したいと思います！
