ＪＲ大阪駅・エキマルシェ大阪にあります。利久は何店舗も行っていますがさすがに大阪では初訪問になります。
この日は出張で上司とランチ。ランチするところを探していたらその上司がどうしても牛たんが食べたいとのこと。
外から見て満席なので、入って席がなければ諦めてくれるだろうと思ったら、外から見えないところで偶然テーブル席が一つ空いてました。
こうなったら牛タンです！ランチメニューからいつもの牛たん「極」定食（2106円）を注文しました。
それほど広くない店舗ですが、カウンター席もあり次から次へとお客さんが入ってきます。落ち着いた感じの店内で、元気のいい若い店員さんの声だけが響き渡っています。
しばらくして極の定食が運ばれてきました。さすがです。見た目にもきれいな牛たんです。さっそくいただきます。
肉厚な牛たんはその切れ込みがいい感じで食感よく、適度な塩味でおいしいです。噛む度にほのかに溢れる肉汁も、口の中での広がりがいいですねえ。
麦飯はやや上品で、もう少し麦比率がいいと思いました。でも食べていてやっぱりとろろも注文すればよかったかなあとやや後悔しました。
食べ終われば満足感も高く、やっぱり利久は「極」だと実感させられました。
