大阪駅のエキマルシェにある
牛タンで有名な[利久]に
寄ってみました
(ちなみに3/4に新大阪にオープンの
エキマルシェにも入店されるようですね)
いつも行列であきらめていましたが
伺った日は運よくすんなり入れました
どれもなかなか
いつものランチの倍くらいで
いい値しますね
とりあえず
デフォルトの牛タン定食
いっときました
■牛タン定食
付き出しで牛タンの佃煮みたいのを
いただきながら待ちます
●牛タン、白菜の漬物
なかなか柔らかく
肉厚あって食べ応えありますね
好みで七味をかけてくださいと言われましたが
しょぱいくらい塩がかかっているので
十分な味つけだと思いました
しょっぱいあとに白菜の漬物が
口直し扱いとは思いますが
どちらも塩で口がリセットされず・・・
●テールスープ
大きなテールが数切れ
塩胡椒はお好みでと
これも言われましたが
これもしょっぱいので
このまままで十分かな
千切りのネギはさっぱりして
いいですね
●ご飯
若干麦が混ざっているのかな
量もそこそこあります
美味しいとは思いますが
個人的には全体的にちょっと塩味が
濃い気がしました
