An Okonomiyaki and Teppan-yaki restaurant located on the first basement floor. This is a hidden gem.
The store is now in its 12th year of operation, and is located on the first basement floor with an inconspicuous entrance. The counter is large enough for 6 people, and the box seats 4 people ✖️3 tables. Smoking allowed. You can put your jacket on a hanger and put it in the box to prevent smells from transferring. Hmmm, nice. I had beef brisket, grilled edamame, tonpei, and mixed yakisoba. The thickness of the tonpei was surprising, and the mixed yakisoba had a lot of squid, shrimp, and beef, but not much noodles. Everything was delicious, and the manager was prompt and cheerful. For me, it's a good store. Thank you for the meal. Next time I'll eat Okonomiyaki.

二回目なのに「あ、まいどー」と店長。覚えていてくれたのね。
前回は三月に訪問。何食べたかを投稿してあるのでチェック。ふむふむそうだったそうだった。
「次回はお好み焼き食べますねー」と書いていた。
お約束通りお好み焼き食べなきゃね。
この日は友人を誘って入店。
暑いから生ビールで乾杯。魚介バジルソテーっエリンギバターを当てに。う、うんまぁ。これだけで生ビール一杯飲んでしもうた。
締めのお好み焼きに行く前に、ハイボールと箸休めでキムチを注文。甘味のある美味しいキムチです。
この店の名前が付いた「一国一城焼き」とは牛スジ、葱、玉子が入ったお好み焼きですが、生地が山芋も入っているのかフワフワで葱が沢山入って重たくならない感じでした。
牛スジが甘く炊いて味付けしてあり、甘めソースとマッチしていました。
良かった。前回来た時の注文を確認したから、頼んでない初めてのものばかり注文出来て。
