山形豚の特選ヘレカツ･シャトーブリアンと白米を注文。
全て単品で、とんかつにキャベツやご飯は
ついていないので単品で頼む必要があります。
ヘレカツは一つが大きめでたくさんのお塩を
チョイスして味の違いを楽しめます。
衣はすごくサクッとしていて、軽い食感ですっごく
柔らかいです。この倍量は食べれます(笑)
本当にお上品な味で、胃も心も満たされました。
