接待も打ち合わせもない夜、
一人PC作業でもしながらスイーツでもと思い色々さがしましたが、
あまり遅くまでやっているお店がなく・・・・時間が調度大丈夫なところを発見しました！
『GARB MONAQUE -ガーブ モナーク-』さん。
こんなところにお店有ったんだ？！と近くまで来ていたのに知らなかったことにびっくり。
お肉料理も人気なようで写真を見ちゃったからついお肉も食べたい感じになったけど、それはまたの機会に＞＜
先ずはスイーツ腹を満足させに行って来よう～～～♪
★エンゼルフード バニラヤラメル（シフォンケーキ）
周りの女性陣もシフォン頼んでいる方がいて、夕飯時に私と同じスィーツ腹の方がいるのねと同志？？！がいることが心強い♪笑
先ずは一口！！！
むっちり生地はほんのりたまごの風味がしますが、少し硬いかな・・・。
まぁ作りたてではない上にほぼ支度済みな感じでサクッと出てきたから、
切ってあったんだろうな～とちょっと残念に思う。
クリームはふわっふわでほんのり甘い感じで美味。
底はホワイトチョコでコーティングされてるようですね、
ちょっとパリッと感とむっちり感で面白い♪
夜だからと私は今日は白ワインで優雅なカフェタイムを♪
普通に美味しかったです。
昼間とかもう少しカフェタイムに近い時間だと、
作った時間に近いからもっと堪能出来たかも？？！
パフェもワッフルも美味しそうだったし、
二次会でお酒も飲みながらスイーツ満喫できそうなのでまた飲み＆スイーツに来たいと思います♪
