I was planning to go on a business trip to Osaka (｀･ω･´), but I had quite a bit of time, so I decided to have a leisurely lunch.``Hakuundai Grand Front Osaka branch (*´▽｀*)'' is a popular restaurant in Tsuruhashi. Since it is a branch of the restaurant, I chose this restaurant out of a mysterious confidence that I can rest assured with Tsuruhashi's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lined up at the store and waited for my turn, then was called and went inside.It was a cold day, but the homemade noodles were delicious. It said that their Cold Noodles are popular, so I asked for Cold Noodles, and my seatmate asked for yukkejang soup, so we decided to share (*´▽｀*).The meat was short ribs. We ordered some and decided to share.The first thing that came was Cold Noodles! Oh! It has orange on it (´∀｀*) Uhuhu When you eat the soup, you can feel the umami in the gentle taste.Noodles The noodles are a little round and have a similar texture to Morioka Cold Noodles. -S(*´▽｀*)♪ When you mix in the kimchi that was on the plate on the way, the umami increases rapidly Σ(ﾟДﾟ) The baby's kimchi is also delicious!
