このお店、以前、お弁当をいただいたことはあるのですが、その時見た、牛ばら肉の赤ワイン煮込みというのが気になっていて、ついに見食しました。最初、ニンジンから。味が薄いせいか、？しまらないと思ったのですが、ついてきた小さなスプーンで、ソースだけ味わってみると、穏やかで優しく、しかも赤ワインの味わいもしっかり感じました。ここは和食屋さんで、お刺身や天ぷらも供していますから、そういうものに合う、ケンカしない味付けなんですね。牛肉もほろほろ崩れるおいしさ、フライドポテトも揚げたてで熱々。あっさり薄めの味付けが物足りないということもなくおいしく完食しました。機会があれば、夜来たいです。
