ランチをしようと彷徨う地下街。
１２時過ぎた駅ビル地下は
サラリーマン達の群れで賑わう。。
しかしどこの店も混んでるんだけど
回転がめちゃくちゃ早いですね！
さっすがリーマンランチタイム…
そんな中でもゆっくり食べました。
自分は女子並みのスピードなので、
食べるの超遅いんです(笑)
そんなに並ぶことなく入れました！

一汁三菜７００円のランチ！
いろいろあって迷いますねぇ…
黒酢あん定食、ダブルチキンカツ定食
辛口野菜カレー定食…どれもこれも
同じ７００円なので迷っちゃいますが
少しだけヘルシーな感じでいきたくて
＠チキンカツと野菜のおろし煮定食(700円)
に決定！
食券を買って２人がけのテーブル席に１人。
ビアジョッキにお茶を入れてきてくれる。
小さなコップでチビチビ入れるよりいいね。
そしてやってきた定食！
メインはチキンカツのおろし煮！
大根おろしたっぷり、野菜たっぷり！
そしてボリュームのあるチキンカツ♪
栄養バランスはOKですね、
ビタミン、ミネラル、たんぱく質…
あとはご飯の大盛りも無料でしたが
そこまで食べないやつなので、普通盛り。
味噌汁とひじきと牛肉のしぐれ煮！！
しぐれ煮めっちゃ美味しい、ごはんに合う…
若干アツアツで猫舌な自分は
さらに食べるのが遅くなりましたけど、、
ボリュームがあったが大根おろしであっさり。
後味も脂っこくなく良いランチでした♪
