ワイフと二人 服部霊園の墓参の帰りに梅田へ出ました。
お腹も空いたし、初訪問のこちらでランチを頂きましょう。
１０年ほど前は、同じくお好み焼きのぼてぢゅうさんがあった、ちょっと奥まった目立たない場所です。
迷うことなく二人してお好み焼き定食（７５０円）を注文。
お好み焼きとライス、味噌汁はもちろん、サラダとミニ冷や奴も付いています。
私は、生ビールも頂きます。
四半世紀前 船場センター１０号館に田なかというお好み焼き店がありました。
ランチでしばしば訪問し、お好み焼き定食を頂いてた記憶があります。
私たちにとって、お好み焼きとライスって、当たり前過ぎる取り合わせですが、関東の人には馴染みがないそうですね。
先に供されたライス＆味噌汁から頂きます。
やや塩味の強い味噌汁ですが、やはり白ご飯にマッチして美味しい。
って～か、白ご飯自体 食べたのが久しぶり・・・。
焼きあがったお好み焼きに、卓上の青のりを振って一口。
珍しくワイフが、「美味しい！」と感嘆。
うん、たしかにこんがり表面のサクッとした食感がイケますね。
初めっからマヨネーズがかかっていますが、甘口のソースも美味しいです。
ソースにはやっぱビールが合いますなあ。
これからも幾度となく頂くんでしょうなあ、お好み焼き定食は。
