夕ご飯をいただきに入店。
ついつい広島焼きという立て看板を目にして食べたくなったからです。
店内に先客が1組だけという状況で「大丈夫かな」と正直思いました。
でもここまで来たらTryあるのみ。
広島風お好み焼きと関西風お好み焼きを注文です。
配膳前にマヨネーズかけても良いかと聞かれて嬉しい気配り。
程なく持ってこられたお好み焼きは広島風は特にCP良いと感じるボリュームです。
そして広島風と言えば甘めのソースですが、ちゃんと甘めのソースでキャベツもしっかりあり合格点、と言うよりかなり満足。
通常広島焼きではクレープ状にしたタネの上に具材をのせて行き、最後はクレープ状のタネが上になるようにひっくり返しますが、こちらはひっくり返さないようです。
結果として具材がしっかり見えて玉子の半熟さを楽しめまた生地のパリパリ感も楽しめますが、出来ればひっくり返してクレープ状のタネで食材を蒸らしてくれた方が好み(私的には)です。その方が生地が美味しいから。
関西風も出汁が効いたタネが甘さあって美味しかったです。
