もともと、ポンテベッキオの料理長を務められてたようで、独立オープンしたお店がトムクリオーザさんのようでミシュラン一つ星

夜２部制で営業されており、今回は20:45〜23:00の方で伺いました
20:45から炭水化物を多く食べてしまったけど美味しくて幸せやし罪悪感がかき消されるwww

個人的には二品目の冷静パスタが一番好きやったかな
