この日は確かまだ移転して数日しかたってなかったような？
移転前と比べて広々とした店内に
長いカウンターがよりいい空間になってると思います☺️
この日の一品目へピアディーナ
キャビアと卵黄の塩味に馬肉のタルタルがええ塩梅です！！
フランは白子、ホワイトアスパラ、菜の花
まだ寒かった月初少し春が顔出してきたよって
すごい季節感を感じさせてくれた一品
菜の花がいいアクセントです☺️
トムヤムクン風の冷静パスタは
正直あまりトムヤムクンが好きでは無いので
大丈夫かなと思ってましたが
【風】というだけあってそんなにトムヤムクンしてなく
トムヤムクンのいい特徴だけ取り入れられて
いい意味で裏切られた感動した1品でした！
トムクリオーザさんといえば
多田さんのペルシュウ
ルッコラを巻いて、オリーブオイルをかければそらもう…
絶品です
白ご飯とのコラボもvery good!!
