神戸方面へ営業に。お昼に梅田に着いたので何食べようかと第一ビルの地下グルグル回ってたらオムライスに目が止まり、前の2人組の後に並びました。
「チキンオムライス」￥790に＋￥60でデミグラスソースに。カウンターで暫く待って出てきたオムライスは、、、このふわふわ玉子はその界隈で有名な間にナイフをフッと入れてドゥワって広がるやつです。家ではこんなん出来ひんわ、と思いながら、説明書きにあったまずたまごを広げずにチキンライスとチキンをパクつきました。
チキンライスも美味しいし、ゴロゴロのチキンにしっかりとした濃いめの味付けが付けられています。これは後にふわふわたまごと一緒になった時でもしっかりとした味わいを楽しめるよう計算された味付けでしょうか。卵とデミグラスソース、ゴロゴロチキン、チキンライスを一口で頬張るとメチャメチャ美味しいです。
こんな、梅田の渋い第一ビルの食堂街でこれほどまでに素晴らしいオムライス屋さんがあったとは。。。だ、第三ビルにもあったりして。しかもHP調べると、O、OSグループ！？。梅田の映画、ゲーセンにレストランと不動産屋っていうことは、この「長屋オムライス」さんは、阪急阪神グループ！！！。ただただビックリですね。次は「キノコオムライス」食べようかな。
