This time I ordered the Grilled Cheese Hamburg Omelette Rice Large (1,200 yen). It was the first time I had Omelette Rice with such a soft egg! The outside was the original shape of Omelette Rice, but when I put my spoon in it, it was a pleasant surprise to find that it was incredibly fluffy and soft! It goes well with the demi-glace sauce! I ordered a large portion, so Hamburg was a nice accent!
