初めての訪問。平日20時でほぼ満席、運良くカウンターが一席空いてて、すぐに入れました。
駅前第3ビルB2F にある豚肉専門店。
注文: 串の上ハラミと鉄砲、バラ定食
串でシロと豚バラが食べたかったのですが、残念ながら既に完売。代わりに上ハラミと鉄砲を注文しました。新鮮だからなのか、臭みが全然なく食感がすごく良く、タレも美味しく絶品です。
豚串では今まで食べた中で1番美味い！
バラ定食はバラ肉が大きく脂身たっぷりです。
見た目はちょっと胃もたれしそうですが…
食べてみると脂に甘味がありしつこくなく美味しいです。
