豚肉料理専門店です。
近くに来たので入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席、小上がり席があります。座席数は多くはないですね。時間帯によっては混むかも？
お客様はお一人様から複数人様まで来ていました。近くで働いている方がほとんどかな？
次から次へとお客様が来ていました。待ちも出来ていたので人気なんですね。
注文したのは
『肩ロースステーキ定食』
おすすめメニューのボードに書いてあったので選んでみました。ご飯、お味噌汁が付いてきます。
お味の方は、
お肉自体は柔らかいです。部位が肩だったので、脂分も少なくて、豚肉の味わいが楽しめます。
つけダレのポン酢に卵黄が入っているのでコクが増しますね。さらに大根おろしも付いていたので、サッパリと頂けました。
メニューは他にもいろいろありましたけど、周りの方は名物の山ぶた焼き定食を頼まれている方が多かったかな
美味しく頂きました。
