北新地の入口付近の和食店で旬の素材を月替わりメニューで楽しませてくれる本当に大好きなお店です。
大将の風貌がまたいい。イチローが料理の道に入ったらこんな感じになるのではないかという雰囲気。
本日は結婚してこれからスイスに住むという知り合いの女性のお祝い会で伺いました。
ビールで乾杯後先ずは毛ガニとタラバを餡で包んだ逸品が出てきます。蟹の泡まで再現する手の混みよう。味も申し分なし。
次は茶蕎麦のカラスミがけ。意外な組み合わせの次は稚鮎。季節感満載です。
この後一旦お鮨が挟まれます。コハダ、鮪、蛤等どれも手を掛けた秀作。
お酒は日本酒へ。料理とペアリングしてくれます。
お鮨の後も椀もの、焼き物等が続き最後は鮑が供され満足感の極めて高い内容。
〆のご飯ものは穴子ばら散らし。大きさを選べます。
今現在、イチオシのお店です。
