以前から行ってみたいお店でしたがようやくお伺いできました。
お店は地下ということもあり、入口が少し分かりにくかったのですが、
入ってみると清潔感もあり圧迫感も感じず、ゆったりとしたカウンターで
リラックスして食事させていただきました。
コースは少し意外な感じでスタートしましたが、最後のデザートまで
素材だけでなく器や盛り付けも全て楽しめるように工夫されていました。
大将が１人で切り盛りされていましたが、お料理の説明も好感が
もてました。個人的には味付けの出汁と塩加減がちょうどよかったです。
満席時に他のスタッフがつくのか若干心配ですが、お料理は月替わり
とのことでしたので来月も行ってみようかと思います。
