普通の焼き鳥じゃなくて、鉄板焼きの焼き鳥です。
和歌山の柔らかい鶏と九州の地鶏のコースを頂きました。
薬味がテーブルに8種類もあり、いろいろ味わえて楽しい。女子受け良かったです。
お酒の種類も多く、良かったです。
写真のような変わった調理器具を使って焼くので、周りの野菜鍋に肉のうまみが落ちて、美味しい〆のラーメンになります。
