多店舗展開している『浪花チャオチャオ餃子』。
餃子が好きな人ならたいていが利用したことがある人気店ですね。
ランチ定食 750円
餃子 2枚(一人前)、大根と豚の煮物、漬け物、ご飯、味噌汁。
チャオチャオ餃子はひとつがかなり小さく、皮が薄いのが特徴。それだけにパリッとした食感で、タレの影響を受けやすいので、自分流のタレの調合で味を楽しめます。
変わり種の餃子は、プリプリ海老、チーズ鶏、鯖、を代表に、創作餃子として、梅しそ、牛ネギ、豚トロ、カレーキムチーズ、などが揃っています。
定番が飽きても、まだまだ味わい深い餃子があります。
最後に付け加えるなら、定食のご飯が固まって玉になっていたので、炊き上がった時点でよくかき混ぜてほぐしておいてほしいですね。
