■サムギョプサル/熟成サムギョプサル
サムギョプサルとは、豚バラの三枚肉の事です。
赤身と脂身が3層になっていることから、韓国語で「サム(三)ギョプ(層)サル(肉)」と呼ばれています。
塩入りのごま油につけて食べるほか、サムジャン（韓国みそ）等といっしょにサンチュで包んで食べます。
国産の豚バラ肉を使っているそうで、もちろん美味しいです♥
熟成サムギョプサルはほんのり燻製の香りがします。

焼いて塩胡麻油で食べるとめちゃ(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ♥
懐かしきレバ刺しを思い出させてくれるますゎｗ
■豚まにチャーハン
これ結構美味しかったのでお勧めです
■チーズタッカルビ
一時ブームだったよね。甘辛く味付けした鶏もも肉と、まろやかなチーズの相性が抜群です。
■ホルモン石焼、ホルモンタレ焼き
どちらもホルモンが、めっちゃ小さくてホルモンの味分からんｗｗ
ホルモンと付いたメニューは、お勧めしません。
■キンパ、プルコギキンパ
１つからでも注文可ということで１つずつ頼みました。
■水冷麺
よく焼肉屋で出てくるような韓国冷麺と違って、かなり薄味。
牛骨がベースみたいです。お酢とマスタードを入れて味変して楽しめます。
いっぱい食べて満腹～ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ノ
お値段は豚肉なのに・・ちょっと高いなぁ～って思うｗ
しかもドリンク別途なので、3,800円内にソフトドリンク飲み放題が付いてたら
まだ納得できたのになぁ・・と正直思いました。
