日本酒を求めて太融寺へ、美味しい日本酒が揃っています!
日本酒を愉しむには欠かせない、太融寺にある日本酒バー、日本酒購入にも出来てお客様が絶えず来られます!
平日の13:35入店、
カウンター半分くらい埋まりで帰って行く方もおられたのですがその後お一人様3組、
日本酒の販売の方にもポロポロとご入店あり忙しそうです。
1オペ〜2オペでのご対応、
通常920円と特別セットが1500円となってました

その後はハウス酒より
七冠馬 純米吟醸
豊能梅 純米吟醸 いとをかし
90ml、ハウス酒は通常より50円安くて500円となっています。
たこわさ、普通に美味しい
ハムは少しパサ付き感がありました。
神心を2本購入して退店、40分くらい滞在しましたかね、
安定感あります。

もうこのお店しかないですね。
今日は萩の露 飲み比べセット 30ml✕3杯 720円
釘煮が付いてきます。
何度も呼ぶのも面倒なのでいぶりがっこのポテサラ350円を先に頼んでおきます。
というのもワンオペ、
でゲスト1人のみ(私)、
腹パンの時はこういう立ち呑みで良い、
途中から2オペになりました。
仙介 純米大吟醸 原酒 三割三分磨き、
雑味がない、力強い、スッキリ、これは美味い（笑）
プレミアで少し高いだけあります。
帰りに4合瓶、1本購入、
どれにしようか？考えていると味見出来ますよと親切なお言葉、
家で飲むのを楽しみにしてるしご厚意だけ頂きます。
美味しく頂きました。

流行ってます、2だったけど3オペになりました。
スタンプカードは3回お店で飲めば溜まります、それで45mlの日本酒をサービス、優しいですね。
勿論いぶりがっこのポテサラは毎回マスト、美味しいです。
食事代1620円、
お土産に安芸虎純米1510円を購入。
美味しく頂きました。
