12月に新規オープン。「日本酒店」という日本酒に特化した店名が気になったので行ってきました。
外観、店内ともに、従来の酒販店のイメージとはまったく違うおしゃれな感じ。女性にも入りやすい雰囲気です。
こちらのお店のメインは、日本酒の販売です。置いている日本酒は全て純米酒。品揃えに店主のこだわりが見て取れます。日本酒の知識が豊富な店主に尋ねると、いろんなことを教えて頂けます。
また、ほぼすべての大阪の酒蔵のお酒が飲めるのもうれしいところ。小規模ながらも、おいしいお酒を醸している蔵のお酒を楽しめます。
立ち飲みは、日本酒を買う前に試してほしいという位置づけのようです。45ｍｌか90ｍｌをワイングラスで提供。香りが立つので、ワイングラスで日本酒を飲むのも「あり」だと思います。どのお酒も楽しめました。
つまみの方は、少数ながらも日本酒に合うものが厳選されている感じです。
ふらっと立ち寄って、何杯か飲んで、気に入ったお酒を買って帰る。そんな使い方のできるいいお店だと思います。
