ランチをgo to で予約。限定メニューは既に売り切れでハンバーグセットを注文。
ライスかパンを選べます。
到着したのは、メニュー表の半分サイズのハンバーグ。
小盛りのライスを完食するのにてこずりました。
今度は+500円でダブルハンバーグにしないと男性は満足できなそう。
来店時に予約と氏名を名乗りましたが、当サイトでキャンセル扱いされました。電話にて2度問い合わせしましたが来店処理に変更済しましたとの回答。
翌日には反映されると言われましたが2日経ってもキャンセルのまま。
スタッフの初期対応ミスにより、このような事が起きたのは初めてです。
ランチドリンクサービスも予約時に選択しましたが、有料扱いで100円を追加して支払い。
今後の対応を期待します。
