萬野の中でも特に肉にこだわったお店
提供される肉は出産経験のない雌牛のみ
月齢30ヶ月以上の長期肥育された和牛
｢極雌(ごくめん)｣と呼ばれる肉を堪能
やはり、30ヶ月以上肥育の雌は本当に柔らかい。
今回は焼肉でなく｢生肉｣｢炙り肉｣に絞って注文
赤身肉も美味しいが口溶けの良い適サシ肉が目的
和牛の脂肪は融点が高めだが常温でも脂が溶け気味
溶け気味の肉を数秒だけ火で炙ってみる
それだけで口の中でトロける感覚が味わえる
、この値段でこの内容は非常に良いと思います。
そして、店内の感じがすごく良いので、デートとかでもオススメですね。
