本日のお昼は入院で中断していた
「食べログOSAKAラーメン百名典型」巡りを再開。
選んだお店は中崎町駅の近く､食べログに営業時間の記載が無かったので､人気店やし安全を見て
１１時に訪問。ガーン！１１時半開店でした。
仕方なく､辺りをブラブラと以前訪問した「らーめん香澄」､「洛ニ神」「ストライク軒」「総大醤」「麺元素」など・・この辺はラーメン激戦区！
そして１１時半に帰ってきました。
このお店､中国人オーナーでラーメンは昼間だけ､夜は四川料理専門店だそうで､
「どんな店構え？」が興味ありましたが､
至って典型的「ラーメン屋」
厨房に向かってカウンター席が１０席程､
若いお兄さん二人です切盛り。
先客お一人。
私は「鶏塩そば」も惹かれましたが､
久しぶりにパクチーを食べたくて
「パクチー醤油」！
☆私､中国勤務時代､
パクチー（香菜）が大好きで､
パクチーに胡麻油と塩を混ぜたのが好物の酒の肴
☆特別メニューで
「鮑山椒混ぜそば」２６００円がありました・・
ちょっと興味ありましたが今日は我慢！
さっ出て来ました。
醤油でスープは真っ黒、味が濃いいんかなぁ？
そしてパクチーたっぷりが嬉しい。
早速スープを一口。甘みのあるアッサ醤油味、
中国醤油を使ってる？珍しい味です。
まっ美味しい。
自家製ストレート麺はコシがあり喉越しも良い。
パクチーが麺に絡み､シャキシャキとした食感､香りが良い！
そして、厚切りの豚バラチャーシューは
口の中でトロッと崩れる柔らかさ！良い！
思わずご飯（小）を追加注文。
最後は茶碗にスープをたっぷり移し､
サラサラとかき込んで､完食！
満足満足ご馳走さまでした。
