10年ほど前にTVで観て美味しそうで絶対いきたい！と思っていたけれど
自分には敷居が高く諦めていたお店が
大阪駅隣接のルクアにも出来たのでやっと食べてきました
紅白ルクア大阪店
大行列 覚悟を決め並びました
前に15人1時間待ちで席につけた
覚悟していたよりは早いか
ワインがメインのお店で飲めないのは申し訳ない感じですが
SANPELLEGRINOで気分だして
⚪️冷製トマトのオデン
トマトコンソメジュレと柚子らっきょジュレラッキョがいいアクセント
トマトは皮剥きしてあるり中まで沁みてでひんやり体に染み渡るね これが一番気に入りました
⚪️大根ポルチーニ茸のクリームソース
よく出汁を吸った大根にポルチーニソースがたっぷり
バケットにソースつけて食べたかったけれど
バケット売り切れで残念
大根なるだけ小さくしてソースをよく絡めて味は想像通りパスタ追加したい
⚪️コンニャク肉味噌ポロネーゼとチェダーチーズ
コンニャクとチーズが肉味噌のおかげで合うんですねー
⚪️牛ランプクリーミーレフォールソース
赤みのお肉いいよねー焼き加減もいい感じ西洋わさびソースをつけて
ファミレス並のお値段で
目新しいメニューが多いしワインの種類も多いから
人気なのわかりました
