《宮崎酒場ゑびす 》
『宮崎鶏もも焼き定食 1,200円』
この日は梅田のルクアイーレ・バルチカヘ。
11時ちょうどに到着。行きたいお店は軒並み長蛇の列の中、空いている《宮崎酒場ゑびす》さんへ。
奥のカウンターに着席。
スタッフの出入口にほど近くスタッフが複数人で談笑しているので声掛けすると「ちょっと待ってください」と1人に言われ待機。
でも来ず。。
再度声掛けすると、目が合っても…来ず。
カウンターの前にもスタッフがいるのに、その人は注文聞くのは俺の仕事じゃない、とのことなのか敢えてスルー。
3度目でやっと来たものの、めんどくさそうな対応で、注文がちゃんと通っているかすら不安になる。。
注文したのは『宮崎鶏もも焼き定食 1,200円』。
味はね、普通に美味しいと思いますよ。
しかも会計しようとしたところレジ横からスタッフが飛び出してきて肩ぶつかったのに無視。
なんなんここ。。
外食けっこうな頻度でしてますし、自分も店舗で指導していたた立場ですが、ここまでレベル低いというか、接客酷いのはなかなか無いですよ。
ここまで書くのはよっぽどですが、評価に値しないですね。気分悪い。。
ほんとはここで軽く昼飲みしたかったんですが他のお店に場所を変えて飲みました。
接客酷かったのは全員男性スタッフでしたので、女性スタッフはもしかしたら対応いいのかもしれませんけど。
ただ、救いだと思ったのは、一番入口側のカウンター前で調理していた年配の料理人の方は笑顔で声掛けも素晴らしかったですね。
そこの前に座っていたら印象も評価も大きく変わっていたんでしょうね、きっと。
