嫁さん連れて行きました。
普段使いで、最高レベルのお店、今回は、初めて家内を連れて伺いました。大して料理に詳しくない家内ですが、美味しい、不味い程度はあちこち連れて行ってるので判って居る様で、何を食べても「んん！、美味しい！新地にもこんなに良心的で美味しいお店が有るんや？」と、喜んでおりました。旦那の面目立ちましたかな？いつもありがとうございます。誰を連れて行っても、好評のお店です。

またまたやってくれました、久々に伺いましたが、いつも通りええ塩梅のコース展開でしたが、最後の〆が「たら白子の照り焼き丼」！参りました！鱈白子は、ふぐの白子が出てくるまでの間に合わせ？程度に舐めていましたが、絶品！技ありです。お見事！

お盆の入りかけの土曜、コロナが恐くて行きたいけど行けないお店に、もう少しは空いてるやろ？と伺いましたが、やはり人気店、それなりにどんどん来店されて、帰る頃にはほぼ満席状態、他のお客様も言ってられましたが、「こんな料理出されたら呑まなしゃあないやん！」って位、やってくれます、酒飲みが喜ぶアテを、これでもか！これでもか！と繰り出され、メチャお酒が進みます。たまりませんなぁ！若いオーナーが、アルバイトの子を使い、お一人で切り盛りされているお店ですが、半端ない酒の肴、先付、向付け、八寸、焼き物、八寸？攻撃、呑まなしゃあないやん。写真の様なお料理ですが？ずるい！飲み過ぎてしまいます。しかも、飲み放題付、喫煙可！、昔の酒飲みの天国の様なお店です。嫌煙家の方は、他に禁煙のお店が一杯有るのでそちらにどうぞ。
前回美味しかったので２度目の訪問
前回美味しく、気持ちよく帰れましたので、二度目の訪問、２回伺うと、前回より評価が下がるパターンも有るので恐る恐る伺いましたが、前回同様、お酒呑みの喜ぶメニューで、しかも高レベル、今日の牡蠣とたら白子の酒粕仕立て等のお料理、非常に満足出来ました、前回同様ほぼ満席状態でしたが、今回はお手伝いのお姉さんも居たので少し安心しました、当方１人飲み出来る喫煙のお店を探しての来店ですが、年末・宣言解除間もないので、２回とも結構満席で、一人で伺うには気つかいますなぁ、普段はそうでも無いそうなので又、来年よろしくお願い致します。
ええ隠れ家見つけました
行きつけのお店が満席で予約が取れず、サイトで検索して、BARの一寸お料理が出る位のお店？と思って予約取りましたが、何のなんの、それなりの結構な割烹レベルの、しかも酒飲みが喜ぶメニューで、しかもお一人で回しておられて、テーブル４人席２つ（我々３名と最後に３名来られました）カウンター２名が３組（タイミング良く少しづつ時間差で）を、てんてこ舞いながら、要領よくお一人で回されてました。我々も、私は飲食店経験者、友人はホテル関係者（どちらも元ですが？）「このレベルのお料理をこの忙しさで、文句無く出せるのはすごいなぁ」と感心しきりでした。又伺います。ええ店見つけました。（追伸：以前伺った葉四季さんの有るビルの２Fでした）

Today, the places I go to in the neighborhood are fully booked (this month, it's not as lively as it was before the coronavirus, but it seems like it's back to normal), and my friends who can meet me are at a standstill, so I'm wandering alone. I searched for places I could go alone, but they were all full, and Minato-san had only one place left on Tabelog, so I managed to slip in and find it safe. It still does the job. All of them were delicious, but the yellowtail shabu with Kobako crab vinegar and sake lees was especially delicious. I hope you have a happy new year. We are rooting for a new start in the new year.
